To determine the correct size door simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pets shoulder
(B) Measure from the top of your pets back (just behind his head) to the bottom of chest.

Product is fine but if you need a new one, you may also need a new frame. The frame has extensions for the screws and mine were broken.

I love it when a plan finally comes together. After 3 orders of different parts I have a doggie door that's virtually new. Next time I should read descriptions more carefully..
The people in the front office were fabulous. Extremely helpful and courteous. (Never once did she use the term, "dummy!".) Just a lovely person who put everything right for me- 3 times. -
Easy replacement piece

I moved into a home that had a doggy door that was (to put it nicely) a hot mess. It needed new flaps on both entrance/exit and the plastic part to hold one of the flaps was missing entirely. I was so worried that the replacement parts would either be expensive or hard to get and hard to install. I was wrong. It came quickly, had all the extra parts needed, wasn't expensive, and I installed it myself in minutes.

Does not have threaded screw holes

I bought this to replace a bar on an older dog door(atleast 10yrs old). Who knew that a design change was made in the bar that holds the flap?( My door has a red flip lock) the bar I got does not have threaded screws holes. I am trying to make the bar work by using bolts instead. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that this bar would not work on older models

I recently bought Super Large Ruff Weather replacement flaps, new magnetic bars and top bars. All I can say, is it brought it back to brand new standing. I am so pleased.
