Changing out an older inside cat flap door frame with a lock was easy. I unscrewed the old frame, dusted off the opening and installed the frame. I also replaced the flap, which snapped into the frame without a problem. The whole process took 5 minutes. Customer service was helpful in determining the right replacement parts.

Thank you for the quick delivery! Replaced the old unit no problem, but the red latch at the bottom was about half a millimeter too high and caught the door. 30 seconds with an emory board fixed that. Good as new!
