Installation Video
To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

Nice looking
The chubby cat sash window pet door installs securely in place. The flap is rigid and has a locking mechanism on the inside that turns to lock to preferences. Somehow when fully locked, my cat can still get out but can’t get back in. The flap got all scratched up on the outside from being locked out. Sometimes the door doesn’t fully shut to seal either.I still like it though and just don’t use the lock since I have an ambitious cat. I would prefer the flexible flap with a separate cover to lock—if I had to do it over again. Ideal Pet Products mailed me a replacement lock, but I haven’t replaced it yet since the original lock isn’t broken. Both my cats found it easy to use and like having their own door to their patio.

Easy and my cat loves it
I was worried about sizing at first since I didn't know if I should count it as the whole window, or just the inside, or where to measure... ended up watching their how-to videos and it made me more certain of where I needed to measure. Check those out if you are confused. It works great, my cat got used to it very quickly and now enjoys the outdoors whenever he wants. I will say with a window one, make sure there is a platform on each side for the cat otherwise they won't be able to use it.

Chubby Kat door
Easy to install, there is a slight air gap above the swing door. In the smaller door, this is not present, there is a bar across the gap. Cat is happy.

Good product
Works as advertised but not an exact fit for my window. The insert is deeper than my window, so it doesn't sink into the window channels, but I made it work. Dog loves it and doesn't know any different. Easy install and seems heavy duty.
