Installation Video
To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

Easy to install
The installation of the window cat door went so smoothly. The cats were curious and caught on quickly. We did not have to alter our door.

Great Doggie Door
This is the easiest dog door to install. It took less than 30 minutes. I only suggest you purchase some window locks to keep the window from being opened after installing. But again this is the perfect dog door that I’m using at my lake house.

Innovation at its finest
Because the door that I have has glass and I couldn’t really cut a hole into it that was half in the glass and half in the wood, I thought that I’d either have to drop several hundreds of dollars on a entirely new door or rent a power tool to cut into our brick and through an interior wall if I wanted to have a doggie door for my dogs, but because I found this product, I was able to save so so so much money. Installation was super simple, it won’t affect the value of my home when it comes time to sell it, and we could even take it with us when we travel with our dogs. I want to personally thank whoever thought up and designed this product because it’s fantastic.

Great product
We purchased the 33" model with the medium door for our cats to freely go out onto our newly screened-in patio. The installation was easy and quick. They were going in and out on their own by day 3. We opted for the vinyl door over the cat door for what seemed like better security, and I'm glad we made that decision. The craftsmanship is really better than I could have expected. The door blends right into our window and looks really great from our living room. Wonderful company, wonderful product - will recommend to anyone and everyone that needs a pet door. Favorite purchase of 2021 so far!

Exactly what we needed!
We ordered this to enable our cats to get out to a new catio. It’s very sturdy, and the instructions were very clear. Now if only the cats would learn to push their way through the swinging door … (This will come; we’ve had it in just a couple of days.)

Best window door out there!
I really didn’t think I would find a sturdy window door. They just aren’t available and certainly aren’t made as well as this one! It locks in, locks shut and looks so nice with the REAL windows on either sides of the doors. Great purchase! Highly recommended!

Terrific solution
The small sash window cat door we bought is a terrific solution for our cat(who is quite petite). She loves hopping in and out onto our upstairs deck ....which keeps her out of street trouble. If I have one suggestion it would be to beef-up the red open-close click switch. Otherwise this is a tremendous well-made window for a lucky cat.
