How to Measure Your Ideal Pet
To determine the correct size door simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pets shoulder
(B) Measure from the top of your pets back (just behind his head) to the bottom of chest.

Best door flap

I have always had a problem with the flaps relaxing after a while with the Florida heat. This door has kept its form. Love it and the dogs have no problem using it.

This is our second set of door flaps. The first set lasted 10 years of big dogs running in and out 24/7. The new flaps are clear and heavy. The magnets are perfectly placed. We are very pleased and our dogs love their rehabbed dog door.

Last flapI had lasted over six years. Great product. Make sure you buy the black plastic screws when you are replacing you may break a few due to age. But they lasted for over 11 years. Just make sure you buy two packages of them because it is a two door flap

We have the largest size door for our hounds and the original took a beating over the past 8 years. The dogs strike it pretty hard coming in full speed so it had small tears on the top edges. Easy online ordering and fast shipping. Was able to replace flaps in place ( with a bit of patience ). Thanks for a great product!

replacement parts were too short

Love the door but when I received the replacement parts, they were about 1/8-1/4 inch too short.

looks great, but.....

The installation went okay and the new flaps look great compared to the old ones. The problem I have is that they are 3/16-1/4" shorter then the originals. So now I have a nice, drafty air gap. Though the original flaps have all the exact same markings, I can only figure that the new ones must be cut to a new standard in the imperial measuring system. This new fresh air feature lowered the temperature of my arctic entry about 15 degrees. So, we are a little disappointed.

Long Lasting Double Flap Dog Door

I have had this dog door for 9 years and it has held up very well. I am grateful I can still get replacement parts (mostly the clear flaps) after this many years. I have only had to replace the flaps twice in those 9 years and the door has had constant use. I don't want to have to put in a new dog door.
