To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

Added Magnets at bottom to Shut Door Better
The door fit perfectly. As others have mentioned it does not always seat back perfectly when wind is blowing. I bought some MIKEDE magnets off Amazon for $8 They are really strong and small 60x10x3mm. I placed one on each side of door at bottom. They give the door a little more weight at the bottom and the added magnets help the door find it’s proper seating to shut. The door now shuts each time the dogs or cats go through.

Great Product, Great Service
I ordered the replacement door and inside frame. When I installed it, one of the screws wouldn't go in and it seemed to have more room on the left and right "brush" sides. I called and told them about it. I was told that I would received a replacement, with the caveat that it is not weatherproof. The parts arrived in just a few days and when I installed them, it was just like the other one - nestled up tightly against the edges of the door. Not weatherproof, but it sure helped keep the wind and the rain out when Houston got our big blast of frozen air!

Cat door
The best, easy to install, no drills, no holes, never have to worry about closing the window or about being worry because the door locked by accident. It’s a dog door even if I have only cats, the one fie cats are to small for a couple of my chooby cats.

My dog loves it.
We have had our Chubby cat door for over a decade. The flap part had dulled and yellowed over the years but the frame and side windows were in great shape. It was fairly easy to replace. I would have felt less stressed if you had included some directions or a link to a video. That said, I figured it out and it looks nice and works perfectly!

Chubby Kat Door Replacement
I was very happy to see that my chubby Kat door was still available! After close to eighteen years the door finally yellowed and cracked. And with a small excited dog running thur it didn't help!? Replacement was easy. Glad I purchased this product has it has been a good investment for the money.

I think it is great the company provides replacement parts. The door looks and functions like the original. And, I don't have to put a perfectly good pet door in the landfill.

Pet Door Sash Flap
I had to replace the sash flap on my cat door because my 6 cats wore it out. I got the new one and thanks to a video on the website I was able to take the old one off and put the new one on in less than five minutes. Very high quality product.
