Set of two (2) Replacement Hinges for the UltraFlex or AirSeal flap style
Hinge Strips are 15 3/4" long and are suitable for Small, Medium or Extra Large flap sizes.
Replaces existing white strip or black strip on flaps with 2 screws or 4 screws per panel.
To determine the correct size door, simply measure the width (A) and height (B) of your pet.
(A) Measure the widest point of your pet's shoulder.
(B) Measure from the top of your pet's back (just behind their head) to the bottom of chest.
Pet door models have different size openings. Just make sure your new pet door's opening is both wider and taller than your pet's measurements to ensure they can comfortably pass through.

Great replacement
Quick and easy to replace. Have three dogs that have taken the hinge challenge to see who can break them the quickest. Very thankful I can buy replacements instead of an entire door.

AirSeal Door Replacement Hinges
Ordered the replacement hinges for my AirSeal pet door. Fast shipping and delivery of items I ordered. Replacement instruction were clear; unfortunately the edges of the door panels where the hinge material slides into the channel were glued together; removing the screws did not help separate and allow room for the new hinges to be installed. I had to use force to pry apart each panel; turned a 15 minute job into a 2 hour ordeal. The original hinges lasted 6 years, hopefully the replacements are just as durable. Three stars due to installation problem.

Easy to replace and durable
Very durable and has taken a beating! Very easy to replace and put back together.

So nice to see you can order parts to repair the item you purchased
Perfect parts for the problem I had. Plenty of material to complete the job.

Can still work for older model
My pet door does not have screws to remove to facilitate putting in the new gasket. I was able to pop open the panels and to replace the gasket. I used clear gorilla glue to glue the panels back together. I might use a pop rivet to hold the corners if the glue fails. I do like that the replacement is a stronger, sturdier material.

Arrived as described
Hinges were used to replace split ones that were over 5 years old. I used a flat screwdriver to coax the old ones out and new ones in. They now work great!

Hinge Replacement
Replacement of hinges was a little difficult and I almost broke the panel to loosen the hinge channel. Used a screwdriver and a hammer to open the channel to slide the hinge in. Door works fine now.

Needed black hinges only
I appreciate they have an option to buy only the black hinges. The screws came out ok which made the replacement mostly straightforward. One thing to watch out as you open up the windows slightly to fit in the new black hinge is that the side magnets may come loose. If so, just poke with a wire or shake so they go to one side or the other. One of mine came loose and is now doubled up with the magnet on the other side because one attracted the other. The door works fine however with both magnets on one side. Maybe even better as it really snaps in place after the dog goes through the door.
