   I live in Canada where we get extreme weather. +100f in the summer and sometimes -45f in the winter! This product lasted 3 years thru 2 black labs! Just having to replace it now! Great investment.

4. Good flap

   This flap is in a gate in my backyard to separate the chickens from the deck and patio. Our dog can get to the chicken side easily. The magnetic closure on the flap is strong enough to keep the chickens on their side.

   Well made door and very durable. I have the extra large patio door insert and i have 3 german Shepards. The door opening is big enough for 2 Shepards to enter at the same type. The rubber door flap started to crack after a few years of heavy use. Ordered a replacement and the item was shipped right away and easy to install. The replacement item was as well made with good quality materials as the original product. Thanks folks

   We have two mini Aussie Shepherd dogs. They are 35-40 lbs. each. This size door fits great. The flap has some flaws though. The rivets along the bottom that hold the metal bar catch my dogs' hair and I have to clean the hair out periodically. Also, the plastic material used for the flap shrivels up in the weather and doesn't seal off the door well. I wish they'd use a material that isn't affected by UV or cold weather. Otherwise, the flap fit the door good and serves as an acceptable replacement.

   I think I had this replaced in less than 2 minutes with only a screwdriver. It's that easy. What was annoying was knowing that my tape measure said 12" but the product said 11.75" - so that threw me off but indeed, it fits perfectly.

10. Great Doggy Door

    Found it easy to install while doing a great job for the canine traffic flow. During the last cold front the wind was blowing the flap open so I had to put the sliding plastic door in place. Still thinf it's a great door.
